Hatha Yoga Classes

My classes are gentle and slow-flowing. We will move from one basic pose to the next slowly and with care. These classes are for any level. I give easy-to-follow cues and provide simple props such as blankets, blocks and straps. Please bring your own mat.

Please arrive to class about 15 minutes early (especially if it is your first time to visit our studio) to give yourself time to get aquainted with our studio, set up your space and fill out any necessary forms.

Guided Meditation

Visualization Guided Meditation - focusing on the use of guided imagery, creating a mental image or scenario in your mind in order to take you out of your busy day-to-day and into a place of inner peace.

Yoga Nidra - a form of guided meditation practiced lying down with a teacher guiding the session focusing on the breath and different parts of the body.

Periodically, a class will contain 45 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of guided meditation. If so, it will be listed in the description of the class.

In the future, I will be offering hour-long guided meditations on their own.
